Poison, one of rock's most iconic and enduring bands, are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year. And, they are celebrating at the Best Party Anywhere! In 1986, Poison released "Look What the Cat Dragged In," their debut album. After years of touring, controversy and hard work, rock radio and MTV took notice and propelled Poison into superstardom.
Poison's original members include Bret Michaels (vocals), C.C. Deville (guitar), Rikki Rockett (drums) and Bobby Dall (bass). The band, along with Michaels’ solo albums, have sold more than 31 million records and DVDs combined worldwide. They have generated chart-topping hits like "Every Rose Has Its Thorn," "Something To Believe In," "Unskinny Bop," "Nothin' But A Good Time," "Talk Dirty To Me," "Fallen Angel," "I Won't Forget You," "Ride The Wind," "I Want Action," and many others.
Poison rocketed into the Billboard Top 20 with debut of the band's 20th anniversary hits collection, ìThe Best Of Poison: 20 Years Of Rock.î The 18-track collection soon went gold. More recently, the band recorded an album of cover songs, "POISON'D!," featuring their favorite rock classics.

Michaels’ has branched out as a solo artist, and is enjoying a wildly successful run as a reality star, businessman, and activist. His most recent solo release, "Custom Built" hit Number One on the Billboard Top Hard Rock Album chart, while his hit VH1 program, ìBret Michaels: Life as I Know It put him and his entire family in the limelight.
In 2010, Bret took on a new title –: entrepreneur. Michaels went competed with some of the brightest minds in business on "Celebrity Apprentice" and won with his "Trop-A-Rocka" Snapple drink. At the time, host and mentor said: "Bret you've been popular, everyone's loved you, you've been imaginative, you've done an amazing job in every single way you've proven to be very brave."
A lifelong diabetic, Michaels donated his $250,000 prize to diabetes research and became a spokesperson for the American Diabetes Association.
