Concert Passes Here

A Toby Keith Sturgis Rally performance is always a raucus good time party at the Legendary Buffalo Chip Campground, and we’re all anxiously awaiting his Mon. Aug. 3 performance.

Sturgis biker crowds will be treated to Toby’s more than two decades of hits including those from his new album, But That Don’t Make Me A Bad Guy.

Toby 's fourteenth studio album a moment of musical transcendence in which Toby the balances his creativity and recording start status. As a vocalist, writer and producer, Toby now a musical artist of at the highest level.

As a songwriter and performer Toby has nothing to his fans or anyone else, especially those from the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally who have shown before their appreciation for his unique talent.

His first No. 1 hit, "Should've Been A Cowboy" and started a string of hits (that he wrote) forming his career’s foundation: "Wish I Didn't Know Now," "You Ain't Much Fun," "Who's That Man," "Does That Blue Moon Ever Shine On You," "How Do You Like Me Now?!" "We Were In Love," "I'm Just Talkin' About Tonight," "Who's Your Daddy?"
"Courtesy Of The Red, White And Blue," "I Love This Bar," "As Good As I Once Was," "A Little Too Late" "American Soldier," and "High Maintenance Woman." And those barely scratch the surface.

Toby was recently honored by BMI for 50 million airplay performances.  Others who have attained such a goal include The Bee Gees, John Lennon and Elton John.  That Don't Make Me A Bad Guy is remarkable because it is relevant. In the publishing community it’s said the only thing more difficult that having a hit is having a second one.

And Sturgis Rally bikers know that Toby’s been writing songs that fill concert venues and go multi-platinum for decades.  “She’s Never Cried In Front Of Me,” from the new disc went to No. 1 before That Don’t Make Me A Bad Guy was released.

There’s an expectation among the Sturgis bikers who stay at the Chip to see first class performances by first class artists.  Toby Keith is both and we’re looking forward to seeing him on our stage in August.
