ATTACH A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE (PICTURE I.D. REQUIRED) AND ONE OTHER I.D. THAT CARRYS THE SAME NAME AS THE DRIVERS LICENSE. SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS, BIRTH CIRTIFICATES AND PASSPORTS ARE ACCEPTED, HOWEVER, SCHOOL, WORK AND BANK IDENTIFICATION CARDS ARE NOT.

  1.  Download and print the Sturgis Buffalo Chip Employment Application Please complete the entire Application.
  2. Scan copy of your State - issued Driver’s License or US Military ID.
  3. Scan copy of one additional form of ID, e.g. Social Security Card, US Passport, or Birth Certificate.
  4. Attach your application and your identification documents and email to: bccjobs@buffalochip.com
