Hey Woody.....Bob Segar has been high on my wish list for a long long time....but he has not been on tour....well now he is. Wouldn't it be awesome to have Segar playing at the Chip.

I would love to him too but missed tickets when they went on sale here, and I would love to see him at the chip :-) Now if I could just get rid of the turkey legs, it would be great, it's so freaking cold here and it's snowing again!

| Bob Segar would be icing on the cake if he played at the Chip this year... when Segar jams you can't keep yourself still...I don't care who you are or what your age is, you are going to want to shake it or swing it.... |

BOB SEGER IS BACK:D I've seen him 4 times so far this tour & he is as AWESOME as ever!! He is the ONE act that the Buffalo Chip NEEDS.
Please Woody, contact Punch Enterprises asap...Bob is taking a break starting March 15, but I've heard from reliable sources that HE WILL BE BACK LATER THIS SUMMER. :cool: |

All in all the concert was blast from the past…:hehe:
All the audience was just about a grey hair or a cripple (lol) ya shoulda seen the number of people limp’n, walkin with a cane or just plain taking one step at time shuffling to get to their seats The few kids there were with their parents, I hope were to make sure they got to their seats and then home again since the concert went three encores and let out at the late hour of 11PM :blink: Truely the mix of people was great and I hope that as the years come my way, I can still get 'out and about' in a proud manner to see and do all I want to do :cool:
Here's a good one for you to think about... Remember back in the day holdin the Zippo or Bic lighter a'flame during the ballads and deeper songs... Time has taken its toll there, there are not that many smokers anymore and sadly the Cylume chem stick has become the flame of the times :tongue:
As a foot note, Seger has a new album out and he claims it's all new music... he played a few songs and I thought there were overtones of past hits in them.. |

I've been here, working, working, working.... But, by the time August gets here, I'm sure I'll be deserving of a fun-filled weekend! Looking forward to it. I can't stay nine days but I'm hoping for maybe 3 or 4. (Better than NOTHING like it has been the past few years!)
