Concertfan.com has Little Feat at the Legandary Buffalo Chip in Sturgis SD on Aug 18th. I hope no one thinks that they are buying tickets in SD if they are playing in MSThats alot of miles in between!

It's all about the Journey!

Hey Aerosmith fans, I just read in the local paper that Steven Tyler is undergoing throat surgery this week. The band has cancelled it's remaining North American shows. Bummer-Bummer! Sure hope that wasn't Woody's big announcement.

Yes it is! A few more nights to fill. My, just who is Woody going to put on those nights! Tom Petty perhaps! Maybe the Eagles will just so happen to show up...to play again with Joe Walsh! How awesome would that be!

Far effing out!!! The James Gang. A very great band of the early seventies. Joe Walsh split out on his own for awhile before joining with the Eagles though, so maybe, just maybe, he might play some of his solo tunes. The James Gang put out a respectable album also after Joe left. None the less.... WOOOO HOOOOO!!!

Does anybody remeber the first electric western? The James Gang, County Joe and the Fish?

From a different perspective, the band we DON'T want back is Journey. Without Steve Perry, they were just a band playing unknown songs from their "new" album. They were a MAJOR disapointment. In a way, you got to feel sorry for their new lead singer because no matter how good his own style of vocals may be, his sound is not like Steve Perry's so they sound like a 3rd rate knockoff band. Just my opinion.

I agree about Journey. The singer wasn't "it" at all.

But, watching the Dee Snyder show on VH-1, when Journey played the Jimi Hendrix version of the Star Spangled Banner and seein' me an Lil Red up by the the stage, coupled with listening to our Journey CD, brings it all into retrospect of a good time.

I don't remember the concert for the singer.

We still have dates open, so's I's a hopin'.

Ted is great, we have seen him in concert a few times, should be a great show. Journey & Def Leppard are touring this summer together, that would be a great show to see. I am going to try to get tickets for the show here this morning, 2 weeks after we get back. Still waiting for sunshine and time to play - how many days?
