Hello,
If you have a desire to get married during the rally at the Chip, or any other location such as at Rushmore, Downtown Sturgis, Deadwood, you pick it and as long as I know in advance, I will perform the ceremony for you at no Charge. I like helping other bikers and I will gladly conform to your requests as long as they are reasonable.... 
I am talking about Male and Female legitimate marriages. Other gender combinations are not acceptable, sorry.
I am arriving on the 3rd of August and will be staying through the 12th. Please post your message if interested and I will email you and give you my cell number so I can be reached when at the Rally.
Here are the requirements to get married in South Dakota.
1. You need to get a marriage license from a Register of Deeds Office in a South Dakota County. There is one in Sturgis at 1425 Sherman St. (605)347-2356.
2. The Marriage License costs $40. Plan to pay with either cash or travelers checks as many offices do not take credit cards.
3. Identification is required.It could be either a Drivers License or a Certified Copy of your birth certificate. Both parties need to provide this identification at the office, so go to the office together.
4. NO Blood test or waiting period is required.
5. NO one under age 16 can be legally married. Those who are 16 & 17 need signed and confirmed parental approval.
6. After your wedding ceremony, I will submit your license to the Register of Deeds office to Solemnize your marriage.

Oviously contacting you because we need someone to marry us still working on a location. still not sure where we r staying yet and only going to be there a short time.
