| Well, everytime someone posts about concerns or problems in a congenial way, it is read by someone that will take it into account. And they will take it into account. And like always, there is never, ever, everything suited to everybody. But, the problem will need to be solved. ;) |

One more request,,,Bonsi Would it be possible to get the railcar outhouse in the VIP area flushed out before July 30th. I think that I might also invest in one of theose $20 biffies from Walmart. Is Biffy one of those midwest words or is it a common word around?
Also Bill124 We need to get together and work out travel dates! Days are counting down

Sorry, I haven't replied. But I did just return from a trip to the Chip and you are very much going to like the improvements. I will be sending you more details when I send out your letters in July. I hate to disappoint you about the outhouses, but they may not be there. There are two banks of flush toilets, one set off the West Gate and the other set in the ampitheater out yout little stage gate.
Yes, you will have to send in a color photo ID and your pretty little faces will be on your lanyards. Remember to keep them safe and with you at all times.
We had a web meeting on the exiting and entering. I'm not sure what the results were, but I will let you know. Woody was made aware of the problems many times over and is looking at how to solve it.
Bikes in the ampitheater. That is everchanging as the number of people that are going to be attending, what is going on prior to the concerts and even if the performers will allow bikes for their insurance reasons etc. So I'm not much help there.
It truly is going to be a terrific year. And I do mean a fantastic party. Can't wait to see y'all!!! Bonnie

We are also leaving July 29th so if we need get anything to anybody we need to know before we leave as I will not be on the computer after July 28th. We are VIP, so not sure what all is required as it our first time.

| you will need to send in a copy of your ID in color for your VIP pass , you'll get a letter in the mail that will have bonzi number just jive her a call when you get close and she will meet you at the gate . and help you any way she can . are you tent camping |

Hi all!
I am going back to Sturgis July 7 and the letters will go out then. They will have my cell number and instructions to call when you get close to the Chip, so I can judge my time to meet you at the ticket gate asap, especially the first timers. Cell phones ger very busy and you will have to let it ring as long as you can and call back. Messages are not noted on the phone until two days later sometimes.
Colored photos are required to put ypur picture on your Fenske Park VIP id. You are not permitted into the area without this ID Sending your photo or enlarged copy of drivers licence photo saves the time and hassle of making your ID when you get there. It is the age of security.

Hey I don't yet know who will be taking my other VIP ticket and might not know until the day we take off. Might even have to try and sell after I get there. Will there be a way to take the photos for the VIP pass on site?

Thanks for the info. We are coming in our RV towing our bike trailer we should be arriving on the afternoon of July 31st. I will e-mail you off line and get all the info. I am used to doing the security thing as we have worked concerts before.

| bonzi I will be hanging out in seattle a few days want to go to a concert on the 30th should be at the chip on the 1st would you flag off an area in the cow chip peninsula all the way in the back on the left same spot as last year . is there any thing I can bring for you .just like to say what agreat job you do thanks for being there |

Is there an e-mail address we could send copies of our photo ID's? That would be more secure and faster than snail mail. You gonna be around the Chip next week? I'll be coming through then. Hope they get a good game plan goin for the VIP riders. See ya soon.

Hey guys! I will leaving for the Chip by the 17th. I have to stay the weekend for a board meeting or I would be gone! I am asuming y'all have my cell. Just don't forget, out there I don't always get my messages right away. You are better off to keep trying until you get me. Send your ID pictures to carol@buffalochip.com. I was at the Chip this weekend and just to let you know, Party Central, (big tree by the stream) has been expanded, so there is about twice as much flat ground there for tents. If I am not there and you get there, feel free to check it out. I can't wait to see everybody and it's getting close!

Hey maybe you can give us a primer on how to make yummy "camp" coffee--it's been a long time since I've had to make it old-school-like
How will we know who is who from the boards, btw? Any special signs or anything? Maybe we should post pics of eachother or something...
