We are really starting to countdown. Leaving Lubbock, Texas on the 29th! Just 12 more days! Made our hotel reservations for the way there and back this past weekend. We are taking 2.5 days to get there and 2 days to get back. We should arrive to the Chip around noon on the 31st and staying until Sunday, the 13th! I've got my stuff stacked and ready to load on my bike already. Hubby bought me a new rain suit so I'm set to go. I can't wait to meet several of ya'll and have a good time. It's my first time to go so be gentle! hee hee
 cant wait to meet several ...what about the rest of us?? lol

I can't wait! I have NINE more days of work to make it through before we can head out...I have no idea how I'm going to get to sleep Thursday night, I'm going to be so excited!

I left this last thurday night and am in Delaware now. Spent the weekend riding the back roads of DE and PA. Great small winding 2 lane canopy roads with wooden covered bridges ! Heading for York Pa monday mornin to see the Harley plant then headed for the Windy city Worthington MN and then the CHIP!!! I will call you Bill124 when I get close. |

We are down to a few days! We leave this coming Saturday, the 29th. I can't even concentrate on work at all. The only thing I can think about these days is getting there and having the time of my life. These last few days are just killing me!

| Thats it! No more work just fun fun fun. Tomarrow my son flies in, hes a medic in the army, then a huge family reunion on saturday, then start on that wonderful trip to South Dakota. I don't want it to be over in a flash so going to think of it as day by day, hope it makes it seem longer. |

| Day one of our journey is finished. We made it to our first stop, Lamar, Colorado. Tomorrow is to Chadron, Nebraska and then Monday on into the Chip. The trip has been grand so far. Everyone ride safe! |

| Well, got the official ending rally newsletter today, so now I don't have to have Sturgis/Buffalochip blues anymore, I can officially start planning for 2007. Have Football season to get through, the holidays, and they the real planning starts woo hoo Taking a trip to Ft Worth Sept 15th to take my guys Sturgis/Buffalochip booty to him, since he had to transfer his passes to my name cause he couldn't get the vaca off. Hopefully he'll be there next year with bells on, I know I will, and my daughter is officially hooked, I guess my raising of her is done and it's done right. She had "the most fun she's ever had in her life", the concerts, the people, and rides (thanks to the 3 fine gentlemen from Missouri ;)). Rode the Jonez bus into town and she was absolutely amazed by all the people, bikes, etc. So, cya all next year, I wouldn't want to go anyplace else except the Chip! It is indeed legendary and as always, the best party anywhere. 2007 here I come! YeeeeeHawwwwwww! :w00t |
