Well I started it back on the old message board, so I'll start it up on this one. Made my reservations (didn't get the spots I was hoping for, but we'll make the best of it) so now it's official, I can start looking forward to it more now than before. So I'm down to 261 days, or better yet 8 months, 18 days. Sounds shorter.
Had our second snow fall of the year last night. The yards are all white and the streets are all slushy and wet. So I'm sitting here dreaming of those warm Sturgis nights riding through the Hills, or listening to the AWESOME band that Woody is going to book. It just couldn't get here soon enough. What the weather like where you are all at? |

| We got a dusting so have our first snow for this year. It is cold and windy today. Comon August. |

Had our first "little" storm come through on mon nite, light dusting of snow, but dammmmmn is it ever cold, I can't ride no more  , is it August yet????HUH???????? |

| Still in the 80's here in silver springs, been sunny,it was a long hot summer here looking forward to less humid weather. It was so great to get home and ride two wheels instead of 18 ! Went by the factory in millwakee last week and got south b4 that dusting you got bill. |

| Well I am from Nebrasky and for the record I'm not a him or a bro I'm a she and I don't "drive" I provide the backrest and yes dayam it's gettin too cold to ride. And as for football the Huskers suck, as per usual, but My own little running back had quite a year thank you very much. Freshman football rocks! Is it August yet?????HUH??????? |

hey there nebwyldthang how's it going? well it has been rainy and cold. it snpwed and well it is gone now. nebraska transplants here. heehehehehehethe only time we get football is on the radio. other then that we don't get it . lol

| It has been cold cold and colder here Dar, and I was having such a good time, made a new friend with an UltraClassic, woo hoo, and we been riding all over havin a good time, then it gets too cold to ride I'm cooking the full spread on Wed for my kids and a friend, then Thursday going to my mom's for the full spread and the entire family thing, hopefully it will be warn enuf we can get some ridin in and maybe take the guns out and blow up some cans...........annual family tradition you know ;) hope you the hubby and the kids and everyone else on here has a great holiday............is it August yet? HUH???? |

nebwyldthang, boy sounds like fun. can we come? well now it is going to be me and hubby for thanksgiving. the kids are going to the brother's fror thanksgiving. he is getting married on wednesday then going to have thanksging on thursday. hubby isn't allowed to be there or be at the mother's house or any family memebers house. going on 2 yrs now. so i stay with him with the holidays. long story there. the family disslike the hubby alot they wish him out of the family. putting it mildly. anyways. enjoy your family time.

| I know the feeling Dar my girl, I've been there, hope you and the hubby have a good thanksgiving together, alone, no kids, quality time as I see it. I'm from south central un4givn, we're gettin a crew together to go up north around the 4th or 5th of Aug, we all should keep in touch and maybe we can get a bigger group a goin. And, it sucks that you can ride, it has been a little too cool here and it even gets nippy in the skins, so I haven't rode in 2 weeks It will get warmer, I just know it. Is it august yet????HUH???? |

welcome newbies enjoy, and join in anytime.
well nebwyldthang, we are going to enjoy the holiday with no kids they will be back on friday evening some time. its subpost to snow tomorrow . hubby is going to try to get our 69 sporster together for sturgis but we will have to play it by ear. and if we don't get it ready for sturgis for '06 we are still going to sturgis. we still enjoy our time at sturgis..
