The 2007 Sturgis Rally Schedule Of Events

Sturgis Concerts
Sturgis Motorcycle Rally Concert favorite Toby Keith will be beltin’ out his award-winning country hits to a packed house just like last year. More acts will be added as the deals are made.

Pickle Licking Contest
Who’s the best pickle licking biker babe at Sturgis? That’s what we want to know. Grab the fattest or longest pickle you can find and start lickin’. Send your pickle lickin’ photo (real pickles only and no nudity please) to:

Mike Kilmer
14240 N. Hwy 79
Piedmont, SD 57769

Or via e-mail to: kilmer@buffalochip.com (write: Pickle Licker in the subject line) Write your name and contact information on the back of the photo along with “Pickle Licker”, or include it in the e-mail. Send it now because early voting is about to start.

Miss Buffalo Chip Hawaiian Tropic Contest

Dating back to 1982, the Miss Buffalo Chip contest is an all-time favorite. It’s easy to enter. Just grab your Sturgis biker babe and snap a bikini shot. We’ll enter her in the online competition for a chance to win some great prizes. Plus, all of our beautiful Sturgis biker babes are eligible to compete in the The Miss Buffalo Chip Pageant held right at the campground. Send your Miss Buffalo Chip Bikini Photo (no nudity please) to:

Mike Kilmer
14240 N. Hwy 79
Piedmont, SD 57769

Or via e-mail to: kilmer@buffalochip.com (write: Miss Buffalo Chip in the subject line) Write your name and contact information on the back of the photo, along with “Miss Buffalo Chip” or include it in the e-mail. Send it now because early voting is about to start.

Amateur Boxing

Strap on your gloves and put up your dukes, or just grab a seat ringside for the 2007 Sturgis USA Boxing sanctioned Amateur Boxing event. Watch nationally-ranked male and female boxers punch it out in this annual Sturgis Biker Rally favorite.

 A.B.A.T.E. Motorcycle Rodeo
Make plans to watch the 2007 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally A.B.A.T.E. Motorcycle Rodeo so you won’t miss one moment of the biggest, fastest and hairiest motorcycle rodeo South Dakota has ever seen! Events include:

  • Plank Race
  • Slow Race
  •  Keg Push
  • Drive By Shooting (team)
  • Weenie Bite  (team)
  • Ladies-only events will include a plank race and a slow race.

Cowboy Mounted Shooting
Walking in boots that measure up to Buffalo Bill Cody’s comes Phil "Red" Smith, sharpshooter, trick shooter, and mounted cowboy extraordinaire. Watch as Phil recreates the magic and marksmanship of trick shooting that hasn’t been seen since the days of the Buffalo Bill Wild West Show.

Healing Field

As you enter the Buffalo Chip Campground, take a moment to stop and pay your respects for the fallen heroes and MIAs of the U.S. wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. A flag has been posted for each fallen or missing comrade since 9/11 and, sadly, more flags are posted nearly every day. Sponsored by the Patriot Guard, the Healing Field is a stark reminder of the men and women who have given their lives in service to our country
