CREDENTIALS PROCEDURE: 

Contest winners, sponsors’ agents, entertainers, staff, vendors, delivery personnel, media
The Chip has implemented a specific procedure intended to increase satisfaction, eliminate last minute inconvenience, confusion and disappointment related to credentials.  Thank you for helping us to accomplish this goal by following the procedures and being certain to have your credentials committed prior to July 1st. 

Your request for credentials must be made through the Buffalo Chip Staff person with whom you are in contact.  That person will forward your request for credentials to the Credentials Office for issuance.  You will within a few days of the request receive an e-mail confirming whether the request for credentials has been granted and, if granted, confirming that they will be available at the Credentials Window of The Campers’ Box Office. 

Credentials are only created in advance and are delivered to the Credentials Window, the northernmost window of the Campers’ Box Office, for distribution solely to the person who produces a state-issued photo identification establishing him to be the individual for whom the credentials were authorized.  Please note that the clerk at the Credentials Window has neither the authority to authorize nor ability to create a pass. 

Processing will not permit issuance of credentials after July 1st.  All requests for admission thereafter will require purchase.
