Supervise all operations of assigned region, including bar backs and bartenders.

Job requirements:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older.
2. Good judgment.  Able to make sound decisions.
3. Prefer bartending experience.
4. Prefer job history of supervisory or high level of responsibility position.
5. Able to count with accuracy.
6. Must have US Social Security card and picture I.D.
7. Must be TAM certified. (Available to obtain at Buffalo Chip or through S.D. State).

Essential job functions:

1. Supervise all operations of assigned region, including bar backs and bartenders. 
2. Responsible for bars being prepped and ready for business.  Making sure all bars have supplies and that cash registers are functioning at all times.
3. Responsible for shift changes and closing the bars.
4. Keep all staff on task and that all policies are followed.
5. Monitor closely how bartenders pour and adhere to policies, in particular, no drinking on the job and no “give away” drinks.
6. Report any dishonesty and/or problems to proper chain of command.  Intervene if necessary.
7. Responsible for inventory controls.
8. Able to work under high demand and high volume activity.
9. Must be reliable and able to work long hours.
