FROM THE HANDLE BARS
Toby Keith is coming to the Legendary Buffalo Chip Campground to kick-off the official start of the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally on Monday, Aug. 3.
"In our 28 years of having the best acts in the country, I can't recall a single act that has given a more electrifying performance than Toby Keith does," said Rod Woodruff, campground owner. "There just ain't no cowboy like Toby, and we're danged excited that he wants to party with us again."
Toby's soaking wet 2005 concert at the Chip gained international acclaim episodes 5 and 6 of the Travel Channel's "Sturgis: All Access."
"We still get e-mails and comments about that show. And, with good reason. It was extraordinary and it is still talked about in the music industry," said Woody.
With more than 25 million albums sold in this decade alone and more than 50 million airplay performances of his songs, Toby ranks among the world's most enduring performers, making him the perfect act for Sturgis Rally bikers.
Look forward to rocking with the songs that get us down the road everyday like
"Should've Been A Cowboy,"
"Wish I Didn't Know Now,"
"Who's That Man,"
"You Ain't Much Fun,"
"How Do You Like Me Now?!,"
"I'm Just Talkin' About Tonight,"
"Courtesy Of The Red, White And Blue,"
"Who's Your Daddy?,"
"I Love This Bar,"
"American Soldier,"
and "As Good As I Once Was."
And, that barely scratches the surface.
