Sturgis Rally Concerts Rock at its Best

Their motto "On Tour Forever" still holds, as the band plays more than100 dates per year. Most fans feel the band sounds better than ever--that the musical maturity and skill combined with more than three decades of playing together has made BÖC a prime example of rock and roll at its best.

Their classic tunes like Don’t Fear The Reaper, Godzilla and Burnin’ For You find a new audience every time they play. It’s great to watch the young people in the crowd rockin’ right along with the more mature bikers when BOC plays.

AND IN OTHER STURGIS RALLY NEWS...

The folks at Travel Channel advise that the series Buffalo Chip’s 12 episode series, Sturgis: All Access, will commence broadcast in June.

Sturgis Access News

The folks from the state Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Department were in Sturgis yesterday to outline the process to extend SD Highway 79 from I-90 so you’ll be able to get to the Buffalo Ch ip and to the east side of Sturgis without having to go through town. We just want them to hurry.

But the Chip has already alleviated traffic jams for those willing to look at the maps on its website. Those maps, along with 2005's additional box office and ten new approaches into the Chip worked so well that even the government officials noticed to the point they pointed it out as a fine example of handling traffic. Bottom line, though, was that our campers and concert attendees no longer have to be stuck in traffic or wait in line at either box office (20 windows to serve you).

Like always, let us know if there’s more we can do to make your vacation more enjoyable. ‘Til then, Ride free, take risks and we’ll see your smiling faces in August. It’s going to be one incredible party.

Woody & Crew :)
