Howdy,
We recently asked you for your suggestions for next year’s entertainers and have received such an overwhelming response that I just haven't been able to personally respond to each, which is something I'd prided myself on. Please know that I do read each one. And thank you so much for taking the time to help.
Many of you also took the opportunity to express how much fun you’ve had at the Chip over the years. Gwen, thank you for going the extra mile and even sending a card expressing a "Thank you for another wonderful rally. See you next year." That means a lot to the entire crew. It’s why we’re still here and still having fun.
The crew is busy with plans and construction to make 2008's Sturgis Rally an ever better party. We’re really excited that so many of you are making early reservations, taking advantage of the ridiculously low prices (which we can’t afford to keep so low for long, so git’r done). We know we’re still doing something right when we hear from folks like RoadKing:
"I just saw on your site that a concert/camp pass is $155. Is that really all it costs to stay for several days and see all the shows? We''ve been to Sturgis twice and have paid more than that per night for just a hotel room.
Please confirm I''m reading that right so I can go talk my wife into returning in August."
Yup. That’s the way it is, and we look forward to seeing Mr. & Mrs. RoadKing in about 292 days. Now that puts another smile on our faces. So, you Ride Free, Take Risks and we’ll see your smiling faces again in August.
