25 Years! It’s just beginning to sink in. That’s a lot of Sturgis Rally parties. That’s a lot of treasured memories (and photographs). And it’s so good to know there are many more to come in about 174 more days. It’s exciting.
Again - just a few short words as an update of Sturgis Rally campground preparations.
Darwin, Roger, Steve and the Sturgis Rally campground crews continue to work through warm winter weather in preparation for the coming Sturgis Rally. The Kinison-area outhouses have been removed and the ground is being prepped for the flush toilets to be installed. The concrete floor was poured in the only Sturgis Rally Campground’s flush toilets at the Sturgis Rally’s only Jack Daniel’s bar. The walls are up and roof mostly on. It been another productive week.
The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally’s premier campground’s entertainment lineup is coming together nicely for Sturgis 2006. It always seems too slow, but it inevitably takes time to put together the best party anywhere. Further Sturgis Rally Concert announcements are expected to start next month.
The Chip’s website will have an “Anniversary Celebration” Sturgis Pics button. Send some Sturgis photos of your favored Sturgis Rally babes and bikes. Send those Sturgis pics to mike@buffalochip.com and we’ll post’em and share some Sturgis smiles online.
That the Sturgis Rally is the Mecca of motorcycling was ever more evident at the V-Twin show in Cincinnati. There will be many new Sturgis Rally vendors and many more new Sturgis Rally Riders at Sturgis 2006.
The next Sturgis Rider News is expected to be able to share some info about the Sturgis Rally 2005 television show, “Sturgis All Access” and Toby Keith. And Sturgis Rally entertainment. Please stay tuned. ‘Til then,
