Well, after you have eaten at the Buffalo Chip’s Pitchfork Fondue that is what you will be telling your family and friends. This is a unique and mouth-watering culinary experience that will be one of your most favorite Sturgis Motorcycle Rally memories.
Why is this the best place to eat? Your ranch-raised beef steak is prepared with a special secret cowboy-chef blend of oils and seasonings. Then right before your very eyes the Chef will poke it on the end of a pitchfork and sear it in a custom-made tank full of specially blended savory oils. The searing seals in the meat's juices and keeps the oils outside. It’s an unbelievable western delight. You can't find a more tender or delicious steak anywhere!
Of course, your meal would not be complete without a big baked potato with sour cream, beans, a fresh fruit salad, and a hefty bun.
However, because the steaks require special preparation, the Buffalo Chip can only serve by advance reservations.
