Laura Lynn, who had her Buffalo Chip debut at the Buffalo Chip in 2006 has for the second year in a row been voted “Country Artist Of The Year,” at the 17th Annual Los Angeles Music Awards.
There were 17 other nominees in the category for the 2007 awards.
The 2006 awards pitted Lynn against Platinum Award winning artist Bryan White.
Lynn’s writing team came through for her in both years. In 2007, she won for a song she co-wrote with Page Jackson and Beau Hendrich called “Sticks and Stones.” In 2006, she teamed with Jackson and Hendrich to pen “Cross That Line.”
