Deadwood, SD – The successful Discovery Channel series that brought America the father-son team of Paul Teutul Sr. and Paul Teutul Jr. is back with a big connection to South Dakota’s Black Hills. The first episode of American Chopper, “Welcome Back,” aired in March, and Paul Jr. offered a few glimpses of his latest project, a Sturgis Buffalo Chip-inspired custom. The episode that will air May 28, will feature the bike and likely include footage of Mt Rushmore and Deadwood’s historic Main Street filmed last fall. The motorcycle has been under embargo awaiting the unveil on national television.Anyone wanting to be one of the first to see the bike can do so during a live unveil at the Old Style Saloon #10 at 9 p.m. on Monday, May 28 while the show airs on Discovery.

Stars of HISTORY’s top-rated show will be meeting and greeting fans this August.
Sturgis, SD – For the past seven years fans have been watching Shannon Aikau, Ryan Evans and “Horny” Mike help to restore and create beautiful vehicles on HISTORY’s top-rated show, “Counting Cars.” Now those same fans will have several opportunities see these three personalities and their creations in person when they make appearances and show off some of their favorite motorcycles at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip in August. They will also be joining actors Tom Berenger and Zahn McClarnon and celebrity bike builder Paul Teutul Jr. during the Buffalo Chip’s Legends Ride® in Deadwood on Monday, Aug. 6.

Sturgis, SD – The sixth annual FXR Show & Dyna Mixer is a unique social opportunity to hang out and talk motorcycles with friends while admiring what some consider the best-handling Harley-Davidsons ever manufactured. Over 100 FXR and Dyna motorcycles are expected to show up to the Sturgis Buffalo Chip free-access CrossRoads, making it quite possibly the largest single show of the rally. The FXR has a long standing history in the custom world and has along with the DYNA found popularity once again with a new generation of riders and customizers inspired by legends like Don Hotop, Billy Westbrook, Donnie Smith and many others. In lieu of trophies, winners are awarded quality motorcycle parts and merchandise, thanks to the support of some of the biggest names in the industry.

Some of the world’s most notable moto-celebrities join the Chip’s prestigious gathering of women on two wheels.
Sturgis, SD – A number of famous female motorcycle mavens are gathering to celebrate the diversity of women in motorcycling while raising funds for worthy local charities at the 10th annual Biker Belles celebration on Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018. Among the prominent names scheduled to appear are moto-traveler and journalist Alisa Clickenger, inspirational speaker Leah Misch, 2018 Sturgis Museum Hall of Fame Inductees Valerie Thompson and Marilyn Stemp, Hall of Famer Gloria Struck, Candidate for US House of Representatives and current SD Secretary of State Shantel Krebs, Wild Gypsy Tour organizer and model Kelly Yazdi, “Drag Bike Girl” Elyse McKinnon, and bike builder and racer Savannah Rose. World speed record holders Laura Klock and Karlee Cobb will act as ride captains.

Another chart-topping hard rock band has been added to the heart-pounding lineup of the Best Party Anywhere®.
Sturgis, SD – The opening weekend of the “Largest Music Festival in Motorcycling®” just added another dynamic chart-topping band, hard rockers Red Sun Rising. The band will open for one of the biggest rock powerhouses on the planet, Foreigner, on the Sturgis Buffalo Chip’s Wolfman Jack Stage on Saturday, Aug. 4.

Brazen banana hammocks to grace the thrust at the Kinison Stage for the first ever All Male Revue at “The Best Party Anywhere!”®
Sturgis, SD – The rock-hard bodies of the # 1 all-male revue will be bringing the heat in two interactive, women-only shows at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip this August. Some of the world’s sexiest and most exotic men will dance, sing and show off every bulge and ripple in choreographed routines to thumping beats and an electrifying light show. HUNKS The Show will take place on the Sturgis Buffalo Chip’s Kinison Stage. The shows will take place at 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 4 prior to Foreigner’s main stage performance and Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018, prior to Aaron Lewis’ main stage performance. A limited number of $20 VIP tickets are available for each performance to women with a campground pass who are interested in securing a spot close to the stage.
