GET THE VIP TREATMENT WHILE VISITING THE STURGIS RALLY

This is a special package to camp in the Buffalo Chip’s Fenske Park. A secured area where the number of campers is limited and access is restricted without the appropriate pass. Sturgis Motorcycle Rally 2004 was the first year the Buffalo Chip made this available and it has been a smashing success.

The Buffalo Chip Fenske Park campers are VIP’s and enjoy special privileges while at the Sturgis Rally. Several may get to meet performing headliners, in addition to unannounced backstage guests like Johnny Rivers and Peter Fonda. As a VIP in Fenske Park, you may also have such memorable opportunities, depending solely upon being at the right place at the right time. Please keep in mind, there are no guarantees or promises.

FENSKE PARK - VEHICLES AND PARKING:

All vehicles will ingress and egress from the VIP gate on the east end of Fenske Park. This gate is secured by a Gatekeeper who's instructed to admit no one who does not have an appropriate Fenske Park pass. No non-service vehicle will be admitted without a Fenske Park pass. Pedestrian ingress and egress is through a pedestrian gate located between the flush toilets and food vendor station located stage left. This gate, too, is attended by a security guard who is instructed to admit no one who does not have a Fenske Park pass.

The idea is to have the area populated solely by tents and motorcycles. RV's must remain parked. Daily traffic is intended to be for motorcycles only, not 4-wheeled vehicles. 4-wheeled non-RV units must be parked in the designated Fenske Parking area so the entire Fenske Park secured area is free of 4-wheeled vehicles. 4-wheeled traffic is limited to your camp's set up and tear down.

HOST/HOSTESS:

Fenske Park will have hosts and/or hostesses available to address your concerns during your stay at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip campground. Upon closer arrival time to the Rally, one of our hosts will be in contact with you to review your schedule and assist with any particular requests.

FREE DRAFT BEER AND DINNER

Anyone with a Fenske Park Pass will be entitled to free draft beer daily from 12 noon until 1:30a.m. and also an evening meal at the backstage dining area from Aug 3- Aug 11th. Meals will be buffet-style and will be paid with tokens provided with the Fenske Rally Pass. The designated area in Fenske Park is a shaded outdoor deck separated by a wall at mid-deck. Anyone with a Fenske Park Pass will have access to the west half ONLY. The entertainers and special guests will have access to the east or the west side of the dining area.

CONCERTS

A Fenske Park Pass allows you Stage-front access during all the concerts at the amphitheater. This means access to the PDC (pretty damn close) Fenske area in front of the main stage. The West PDC entrance and area is exclusive for those with Fenske Park passes. This is an area directly in front of the stage between the general audience and the stage. It's approximately 8 feet deep and extends from the west end of the stage for half of the 108 foot width of the stage and sound wings. This is SRO (standing room only) And will be most crowded during shows by the more popular entertainers, which is also when you will most want to be there. You can come and go at will with your pass, but access to the PDC area may be precluded by capacity limits. No one can save your place while you make a bathroom trip.

ENTERTAINERS PRIVACY

The entertainer’s privacy must be respected. Remember, they're just people. Backstage and mealtimes are private time. Any person with a Fenske Park Pass who hassles an entertainer, or enters into the entertainer’s restricted areas, including the east half of the dining area, the dressing rooms or the busses, will be removed from the Fenske Park area and his/her Fenske Park pass will be pulled.

ENTERTAINERS - Meet and Greet - RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME

Meet and greet invitations: Stars sometimes agree to a special meeting for autographs and photographs. This is usually shortly before or immediately after their show and is generally arranged through a radio or television station. The Meet and Greet Area is off-limits to Fenske Parkers except by specific invitation. The meet and greet area is otherwise restricted solely to those who possess the "FANS VIP" Upgrade pass.

The artists always place restrictions upon the meet and greet, and one of the most common is a restriction on the number of people admitted. We are usually told about the artist's meet and greet restrictions only minutes before the event. There is no Guarantee that anyone will enjoy the privilege to meet and greet the artist, even for those with the "Fans VIP" Upgrade pass. Almost always, the artist will not meet everyone who is in the meet and greet area. Occasionally there is an opportunity for people with a Fenske ParkPass to be included in the meet and greet. We look to the Fenske Park Catering Deck for candidates to join the meet and greet if the opportunity arises. Accordingly, you are advised to be on the Fenske Park Catering Deck at 8:00 p.m. if you wish to maximize your opportunity to be amongst those selected for the meet and greet.

A production representative will routinely select and admit the permissible number into the Meet and Greet area. We thus facilitate your attendance as best as we can, but it's entirely at the discretion of the artist and production person to determine how many and which Fenske Parkers would get to attend any such event. You need to be at the right place at the right time and be lucky.

FENSKE PARK PASSES AND RV SITES ARE PRICED AS A ONE TIME FEE NO MATTER HOW MANY DAYS YOU STAY
