Lainie plowed through the snowy, muddy muck in her white Jeep on that frigid May morning, ready to strip down to a tiny blue bikini and a pair of heels. It wasn’t an ideal day for a photo shoot, but when you’re an in-demand model working with the area’s most renowned boudoir photographer, the show must go on.
As the winner of the 2019 Sturgis Buffalo Chip Poster Model Search presented by Bud Light, Lainie had already proven she was ready for anything, so she showed up to the 75-year old barn at CAMP ZERO, ready to go to work (and work it).

Who owns the rights to “Sturgis”? After more than a decade of battling, there is finally a firm answer to this question—we all own it because it is in the public domain. This means that any business planning to use the words “Sturgis,” “Sturgis Rally & Races” or “Sturgis Motorcycle Rally” may do so without any fear of getting themselves into legal hot water.
The ruling by the US Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals has brought major vindication to Rushmore Photo & Gifts (RPG) and the Niemann family who have been fighting hard to defend this stance against Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, Inc. (SMRI).

It would’ve been hard to predict what the Sturgis Buffalo Chip® would be like today had you asked the first bikers who rolled through the gates in 1982. Back then the original By Bikers, For Bikers® event looked a bit more like a three-day keg party in a pasture, with a handful of bands and a few hundred friends.
The early days of the Best Party Anywhere® may have been small by today’s standards, but those who attended knew they had stumbled upon something special.

The Mama Tried Custom Motorcycle Show in Milwaukee, WI has earned a reputation as an impressive collection of diverse custom motorcycles mixed with an atmosphere of fun-loving moto junkies. On top of that, they kick off the weekend with an indoor flat track race called Flat Out Friday that pulls some of the fastest on the track. That sounded like an experience we couldn’t pass up, so we hitched a ride with the Go Fast Don’t Die crew to take you inside the event that goes down right in Harley-Davidson’s own backyard.
