Event Photographers are responsible for the capture of all photo content in accordance with the production plan and goals outlined by the Buffalo Chip’s Field Director. These crew members will attend and capture events and will be responsible for handing off all images in accordance with established intake policies. Event Photographers will be required to provide and operate their own photographic equipment and memory cards and are expected to be available exclusively to the Buffalo Chip for the entire nine-day motorcycle and music festival. Video Editor/Studio Assistant
The Studio Editor and production assistant works with the video production aspect of the Media Crew at the Buffalo Chip to import, catalog, and edit content in a timely manner during the motorcycle and music festival. This person should have strong video editing skills and be proficient with Final Cut Pro X nle software (FCP preferred, but Premiere Pro ok). Qualified candidates must be able to work independently and be able to follow directions. Attention to detail and organizational ability is an absolute must. ADA Customer Service
Assist guests with ADA needs. West Gate Security Office controls ADA Stickers and East Gate provides golf cart rides from Free Parking to designated ADA locations in the Amphitheater.
Event Center Staff
Setup and man the Motorcycles As Art Exhibition, conduct bag check, greet guests and scan wristbands.
Serve and protect Buffalo Chip models, dignitaries and celebrity guests.
Help the Chip uphold the law by keeping minors from purchasing alcohol on site.
Box Office Staff
Check in guests who have advance reservations and sell passes to those yet to reserve in air-conditioned comfort. Must be detail oriented and have computer skills.
Convenience Store Cashier
Assist customers and ring up items at the Buffalo Chip General Store.
Office Cashier Clerk
Balancing daily receipts, organizing daily transactions, filing, general office duties. Must have integrity and strong math, organizational and communication skills. iPad/Square device experience preferred.Must be available to work day or night shifts.
