Meet Gretchen Wilson

COUNTRY MUSIC SUPERSTAR

Gretchen Wilson is an American country singer-songwriter who rose to fame with her 2004 breakout hit “Redneck Woman.” The song became a No. 1 country hit and earned Wilson a Grammy Award for Best Female Country Vocal Performance. Her debut album, Here for the Party, achieved multi-platinum success and established her as one of the leading voices in country music’s early-2000s outlaw revival. Known for her powerful vocals and unapologetically blue-collar image, Wilson has released multiple studio albums and continues to tour nationally. She has also appeared on numerous television programs and won awards from the ACM, CMA and AMA organizations.
