Meet LAUREN SWANSON

SPECIAL GUEST

Lauren Swanson is a consumer-first marketer who thrives on collaboration and relationship building. She is passionate about growing women’s ridership and actively supports and encourages more women to join the moto community.

Lauren’s career in the power sports industry started at Harley-Davidson where she managed experiential marketing, partnerships, and events in the DEI space. She is now the Marketing Manager for the Americas for Cardo Systems, the leading helmet communications brand.

When not crafting marketing magic, Lauren can be found riding any two-wheeled moto she can get her hands on – be it street bikes, ADV, dirt, or flat track! She owns a Harley-Davidson Pan America Special, Honda CRF250L, and Triumph Street Triple.

Mentorship is close to her heart, and she is dedicated to empowering women in the workplace and young women in STEM. She is currently the lead mentor for the Iron Angels, a group of high school girls building a motorcycle.

Lauren grew up riding on the back of her dad’s bike starting at 2 months old. She has now been riding for 11 years and enjoys riding internationally and across the United States and leading women’s rides. You’ll see her around at events across the country.
