Born into the motorcycle industry, Roland Sands, a 2023 Motorcycle Hall of Fame inductee, has grown into an important and influential builder, accessory designer, culture creator and businessman. Sands’ style has always leaned on aggressive design and sporting capabilities, and his unflinching drive to incorporate technology and quality in his 250+ builds continues. Roland will join us on the Legends ride this year and will be riding a custom RSD x Royal Enfield Meteor 650, a new model from the storied brand.
Well known to television audiences through his years of AMA Roadracing and his audacious builds on Discovery Channel’s Biker Build-Off. Sands ultimately took the championship in 2006, cementing his position as a legendary builder. Standing on top of the podium is never tiring for the Southern California native, and he has continued to build the Roland Sands Design brand to this day, selling apparel and crafted accessories for many brands of motorcycles as well as event creation and racing.
