MAIDEN MOTO ART SHOW • BUILDER • SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER • MOTORCYCLE PHOTOGRAPHER
RIDE CO-CAPTAIN – 2020
Hailing from Southern California and currently living in Pennsylvania, Savannah Rose is a freelance motorcycle photographer, Director of Operations at a local music venue, along with being a RiderCoach for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation. She’s a strong advocate for women riders, and especially women in the motorcycle industry. Savannah also created a traveling art & moto show called The Maiden Moto Art Show, and now curates the artwork in the legendary Motorcycles As Art Show at the Buffalo Chip.
She built her third bike, a 2000 Sportster that she bought from her mother, from the ground up, in her kitchen. It turns out that Wisconsin winters and lack of a heated garage are harsh, but improvising with what she had, she managed to build a custom bike exactly to her design for the Motorcycles As Art Show, curated by Michael Lichter during the ‘17 Sturgis Rally. From the engine rebuild to the bodywork and paint, her goal was to do as much as possible on her own, and assist in aspects of the build and learn about the things she couldn’t do.
After working with multiple notable motorcycle companies, including S&S Cycle, Drag Specialties, V-Twin Visionary, and Cycle Source Magazine, she strives to make sure she does what she loves for a living. Traveling the country, covering the best and biggest motorcycle events, and running live music shows at home, is where she flourishes.
