Meet Tigra Tsujikawa

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE MUSEUM MARKETING & DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

“MOVING FORWARD” SYMPOSIUM PANELIST – 2013

Long-time rider Tigra Tsujikawa is the Marketing & Development Director for the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum. Her career spans two decades and includes stints with such powersports industry leaders as Kawasaki, Fox Racing, the American Motorcyclist Association and Advanstar (producers of the nation’s largest motorcycle shows).

During her time with the AMA, Tigra successfully managed the last two AMA International Women & Motorcycling Conferences, Vintage Motorcycle Days and the annual Hall Of Fame induction ceremonies, among other special events. Most recently, she was the Engagement Marketing Director for Advanstar where she utilized her experience to develop rider outreach programs for the International Motorcycle Shows on the consumer side and engage dealers to attend the nation’s oldest motorcycle trade show, Dealer Expo.

Her passion for riding has kept her focused on this industry and ways to improve it.  A rider for the past 30 years, she has done some desert racing in the past and is still an active streetbike and dirtbike rider, logging thousands of miles in the saddle each year.

“I love riding and feel the happiest on two wheels or meeting other riders,” she says with a smile.  “I also try to bring new people into the world of motorcycling whenever and wherever I can.”
