Meet Toni Woodruff

VP of Communications & Compliance

Toni Woodruff has lived and breathed the Sturgis Rally entertainment business at the Buffalo Chip for most of her life, having been raised in the family-owned-and-operated business. Though she kickstarted her career in medicine and education with a Master of Science, Toni’s life shifted back into the Sturgis Buffalo Chip in 1999.

Throughout the years, Toni has learned all aspects of the business and steadily expanded her roles. As VP of Communications and Compliance, she focuses on community relations, business’ compliance with government laws and regulations, business-to-business communications, law enforcement relations, ADA compliance, medical services compliance, human resources and much more.

Beyond this role, she serves as the director for the Buffalo Chip’s vending operations, as well as our Biker Belles® program. For nearly two decades, Biker Belles has served as a female-centric and charity-driven event series that celebrates women in motorcycling through mentorship, encouragement, and empowerment. With its crown jewel event taking place during the Sturgis Rally, Toni has expanded the program to Daytona Bike Week and hopes to grow the event series even further. Her goal is to expand the influence the Buffalo Chip has to welcome female riders and passengers to the sport and to the Best Party Anywhere®.

In addition to being a key driver for the motorcycle community, she is an active past president of the board for Black Hills & Badlands Tourism Association and enjoys the ranch life with her husband, Ed.
