Artist Marc Lacourciere Displays Unbelievably Realistic Music and Motorcycle Paintings to Sturgis Art Gallery

Lose Yourself in the Ultra Realism of Lacourciere and Bring Home Hendrix or Harley from the Sturgis Rally!

Watch in amazement as Jimi Hendrix furiously frets his signature white Fender Stratocaster, awash in a sea of psychedelic “Purple Haze.” Then stand in awe as an aging, white-bearded biker rumbles through a valley of beautiful Black Hills landscape on his custom-built orange Harley Davidson.

You can see such scenes come to life at the Buffalo Chip Art Gallery during the 2015 Sturgis Rally thanks to the artistic ability of painter Marc Lacourciere, whose images are disarmingly realistic.

“My attempt is to create something unique by painting highly detailed portraits of these musical artists performing in their individual stylistic ways,” says “Motor Marc,” who specializes in depicting motorcycles and music with stunning realism. Motor Marc will bring his amazing artistic abilities to the Rally with his Sturgis art exhibit at the Buffalo Chip’s Russ Brown Event Center daily from 2-10 p.m.

Motor Marc has developed a “Legend Rider” series of commemorative paintings produced specifically for the Sturgis Rally. Lacourciere connects the strength of the legendary lands with the power of iron horses rider. With the artistic depiction of an era gone by, this limited edition work-of-art will impress the motorcycle enthusiasts who stream into The Chip® for the 2015 Sturgis Rally.

You may have seen Lacourciere and his work on ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, Speed TV, as well as a variety of high-profile publications, but now’s your chance to see his work in the flesh!

Don’t miss your chance to see the work of a master up close and even meet the artist himself! Stop by and pay Motor Marc a visit in the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum Shop at the Buffalo Chip Art Gallery the East Entrance to the Chip. With many new titles currently underway, he’s sure to have a piece that fits your motorcycle tastes.
