Charlie Brechtel

The biker band and music that has been a staple at the Legendary Sturgis Buffalo Chip for over a decade, the Charlie Brechtel Band, will return to Sturgis, SD once again in 2013. Band front man Charlie Brechtel, known also as “Good Time Charlie,” will rock the Sturgis motorcycle rally again with his unique biker blues, aspiing to be the greatest biker band to ever exist; Charlie lives and breathes the biker history, legacy and brotherhood that makes up his biker soul. His music conveys the biker spirit and will be a welcomed return to the Sturgis Buffalo Chip, the Largest Music Festival in Motorcycling in 2013.

Songs about biker Meccas, the biker way of life and those who lived it, keep Charlie’s songs real. As a composer, arranger, songwriter, producer and musician Charlie’s worked with music greats like B.B. King, John Lee Hooker, Deacon Jones, Steppenwolf and more. Take in his original blues everyday, twice a day, at the Legendary Buffalo Chip Campground for an authentic Sturgis biker band experience.

In addition to putting on great live music at the campground during the Sturgis rally, Charlie also films and broadcasts events, music and interviews of people at his Hoyt Axton Blues Stage for broadcast on his web site: Bikers Inner Circle, a web based internet radio site. 2013 at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip should be no different. Be part of Sturgis rally and biker history by joining him nightly at the Buffalo Chip.

Charlie’s band has played biker songs in Sturgis and countless other major motorcycle events and venues over the years. His biker songs have been heard in specials on the History Channel and in the DVD that accompanies his book, “The Original Wild Ones.” You can find out more about Charlie at www.bicproductions.com.

Charlie has also written a cool biker song for and about the Sturgis Buffalo Chip that has been featured in TV shows about the famous Sturgis campground. Thanks Charlie.
