World-Class Concerts – Monday, July 29-Saturday, Aug. 10

Races Like No Other – Friday, Aug. 2-Thursday, Aug. 8
See why the Sturgis Buffalo Chip’s Moto Stampede has quickly become the epicenter of Sturgis rally racing events. This annual race series at the Buffalo Chip couples multiple days and disciplines of races with world-class concerts like Godsmack in the Chip’s legendary amphitheater. Badass Bike Shows – Saturday, Aug. 3-Thursday, Aug. 8
Whether you like ‘em chopped, bobbed, stretched or souped up, the Buffalo Chip CrossRoads is the place to see the baddest bikes of the Sturgis Rally. Ride into this two (and sometimes three) wheeled wonderland to display your custom creation, or walk through and ogle some of the world’s most magnificent machines during the Sturgis Buffalo Chip’s many distinctive custom bike shows.

CrossRoads Events – Friday, Aug. 2-Saturday, Aug. 10
Meet up with your friends and experience the best of the Sturgis Rally's free motorcycle, music, and freedom-oriented events and attractions! Shop dozens of unique vendors, compete in crazy contests, witness insane motorcycle stunts or just kick back with some cold ones and watch the jam-packed lineup concerts of entertainment on the Big Engine Bar Stage. The fact is, there are so many brain-checking activities going on at the CrossRoads that you might leave asking yourself, “Did that just happen?!”

The Wild Gypsy Tour– Saturday, Aug. 3-Wednesday, Aug. 7
The Wild Gypsy Tour is an exclusive women’s-only motorcycle campout created for women, by women. The Wild Gypsies third year at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip in 2019 promises to be a moto culture event like no other–a festival that combines the freedom of the past with the untapped spirit of the future. Be a part of this original experience that unites women from all corners of the globe with the common desire to ride, live, learn, and have fun!

Moto Stampede Bike Giveaway

Miss Buffalo Chip Pageant – What goes better with motorcycles than sexy girls? Nothing! And that’s why the Chip hosts three rounds of the Miss Buffalo Chip Pageant every night of the Sturgis Rally. Roll on up to the legendary Wolfman Jack Stage and rev your engines for the luscious ladies of the International Bikini Team as they compete for the title of Miss Buffalo Chip.

Crazy Contests – Friday, Aug. 2-Saturday, Aug. 10
If you’ve got a hidden talent, the Sturgis Buffalo Chip is the place to let it shine! Each year during the rally, the Chip plays host to a huge variety of crazy-fun contests. It doesn’t matter if you’re the world’s best bike builder or you can burp your ABCs; the Chip’s got a contest you can enter and win!

Zip The Chip Zip Line - Friday, Aug. 2-Saturday, Aug. 10
There's no better way to take in a Buffalo Chip concert than by seeing it as you soar above the crowd on South Dakota’s longest zip line! Jump from a seven-story platform and enjoy the adrenaline high as you blast over frenzied Sturgis Buffalo Chip visitors at speeds up to 30 miles per hour!

Midget Bowling – Friday, Aug. 2-Saturday, Aug. 10
No trip to the Sturgis Buffalo Chip is complete unless you’ve gotten your hands on the lubed up midget in the Buffalo Chip amphitheater. Short Sleeve Sampson will show you that when it comes to having a good time in Sturgis, size really does matter. And by that we mean, the shorter the better! 

Flaunt Girls School of Burlesque – Friday, Aug. 2-Saturday, Aug. 10
Ladies, have you ever wanted to know some of the sexy moves The Flaunt Girls use to tantalize their audiences every night? Is the art of the tease and sultry burlesque dancing something you’d be interested in learning more about for FREE? Brews & Braaaps Beer Festival – Saturday, Aug. 3

Schools Out Chopper Show – Saturday, Aug. 3

Kickstart your vacation with the cool kids at the Sturgis Rally by meeting the world’s front line custom builders at the Flying Piston Breakfast Benefit. This exclusive event on Sunday, Aug. 4 allows you to meet and mingle with some of motorcycling’s most distinguished builders whose bikes appear in this year’s Motorcycles As Art exhibition, curated by Michael Lichter. Gambler 500 Hooptie X – Sunday, Aug. 4
The Sturgis Rally may be known as a motorcycle event, but the Gambler 500 boys are ready to stir things up! Everyone is welcome to bring out their favorite crap bucket (or a fancy car you’re willing to wreck) and tear up some dirt with a bunch of racers who value fun over rules. They’ll be shredding and causing a ruckus all day across from the Big Engine Bar.

ROCK ‘N’ ROLL TATTOO CONTEST - Sunday, Aug. 4
If you’ve been to the Buffalo Chip CrossRoads during the Sturgis Rally, you already know it’s the number 1 place to see insane customizations during its daily bike shows. During Send It Sunday, it will also be celebrating customizations you make to your own body in the Sailor Jerry Rock ‘n’ Roll Tattoo Contest! Whether you’ve got a piece of your own to show off or you simply appreciate the art, you won’t want to miss this amazing ink exhibition hosted by renowned tattoo artist and Buffalo Chip Tattoo Cafe Director Shaun Kama and Wild Gypsy Tour Director Kelly Yazdi.

Bell Brawl at the Buffalo – Sunday, Aug. 4
Get ready to have your mind blown by some of the craziest sh*t you’ve ever seen in your life. The guys that throw down in the Bell Brawl at the Buffalo do things on big V-Twin motorcycles you literally have to see to believe. And you’ll be able to see them lay it all on the line in front of celebrity judges including Carey Hart.

The FXR Show and Dyna Mixer – Sunday, Aug. 4
Ride in and register for free for this no-nonsense motorcycle event coordinated by Joe Milke that brings together motorcycle riders to have fun and show and talk motorcycles. The show is all about the riders, their stories and their ride. Tons of great prizes will be awarded based on popular vote thanks to the support of many of the biggest names in the motorcycle world and aftermarket parts industry. One hundred percent of the revenue generated from donations and t-shirt sales at this show go directly to LifeScape of SD, formerly known as Children’s Care Hospital and School.

Carey Hart’s The Good Ride – Sunday, Aug. 4
This motorcycle charity ride focuses on what motorcycles are all about - getting out on the open road with your friends and checking out new destinations - all for good causes. The event is a 501(c)(3) charity started by freestyle motocross rider turned street bike builder and hooligan racer Carey Hart that focuses on key charities close to Carey’s heart. Proceeds from Good Ride rallies go directly to helping veterans in need.

Monster Freestyle Motocross – Monday, Aug. 5 – Thursday, Aug. 8
Witness high-flying flips and tricks as world-class Monster athletes defy gravity during jaw-dropping stunt shows throughout the day. Backflips, Superman seat grabs, Nic-Nacs, and Cliff Hangers are just a few of the famous FMX tricks you can expect to see as riders soar through the air 40 feet above your heads.

Clint Ewing Stunt Show – Monday, Aug. 5 – Thursday, Aug. 8
Hold on for a wild ride as professional street bike stunt rider Clint Ewing makes his return to the Sturgis Buffalo Chip to perform daring motorcycle stunts. His freestyle ride will leave you in awe as he performs some of the craziest motorcycle tricks of wheelies, stoppies and burnouts you’ll ever witness.

Legends Ride – Monday, Aug. 5
Ride and rub elbows with Dee Snider and some of the biggest names in the biz on an awe-inspiring trip from historic Deadwood to the Legendary Buffalo Chip. Celebrities who have made appearances on The Ride That Rocks™ include Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler, Journey’s Neal Schon, Orange County Choppers’ Paul Teutul, Sr., and the Ness family, just to name a few. One hundred percent of rider fees from the Legends Ride supports worthy local charities.

V-Twin Visionary Performance Bike Show – Monday, Aug. 5
Burn rubber and haul ass to one of the most badass bike shows to ever set up shop during the Sturgis Rally when V-Twin Visionary and Jeff G. Holt throttle the V-Twin Visionary Performance Motorcycle Show into the CrossRoads at the Buffalo Chip.

Sturgis MX Grand Opening – Monday, Aug. 5
New for 2019, come ride the Sturgis MX track with celebrity riders Carey Hart, Ricky Carmichael, James Carter, Jeff Ward, Micky Dymond among others. After open track enjoy the whip contest, pit bike races and afterparty.

Gambler Mini Bike Showdown – Monday, Aug. 5
As the sun starts to rise and the dew is lifted from the grass, the roar of fierce angry motors will awaken the masses. Monday is the day for mini bikes to breathe fire. Those who dare strap themselves atop one of these machines will race against the best of the best and will be racing for all of the glory! The showdown will run on a highly modified version of the AMA flat track, and just like last year, there will be some unexpected suprises...

Threedom Show and Shine Bike Show – Monday, Aug. 5
They say good things come in threes, and on Monday, Aug. 5, you’ll see why when the Three-Dom Show & Shine presented by First Gold Gaming Resort returns to the Buffalo Chip CrossRoads! This FREE show will celebrate American Three-Dom and all things three-wheeled, from conversions and sidecars to Spyders, Slingshots, Vanderhalls and full-on custom creations!

Sassy & Classy Over 35 Model Search - Tuesday, Aug. 6
You don’t have to be in your 20s to strut your stuff at the Buffalo Chip. Like a fine whiskey or your favorite pair of leather boots, the women of the Buffalo Chip’s Sassy & Classy Model Contest are proof that certain things just get better with age! Watch biker babes over the age of 35 step into the spotlight and compete to win a free pair of Top Shelf Passes to the Eric Church concert!

Women & Wheels Bike Show-Tuesday, Aug. 6
This all-women’s ride-in bike show presented by the Wild Gypsy Tour will bring together a unique collection of women-owned machines during the Buffalo Chip’s annual Biker Belles Celebration. Support female builders and two-wheel lifestyle enthusiasts by participating or attending!

Hooligan Hill Climb with Patrick Garvin of J&P-Tuesday, Aug. 6
Round up your pals and point your street bikes straight up the side of a hill meant to bring people down with Patrick Garvin of J&P Cycles. It will be some of the most fun you’ll ever have on two wheels! To register to race, contact Ed Beckley at ed@cfpracing.com.

Gambler Mini Bike Endurocross-Tuesday, Aug. 6
A brand-new challenging race course has been constructed at the Buffalo Chip’s PowerSports Complex for 2019, and the Gambler guys are going to invade with their incredible Coleman mini bikes! Rocks, mud and a plethora of obstacles await those brave enough to enter the dirt gauntlet. Come bang bars with your buddies at the PowerSports Complex, then enjoy some cold brews after the race while celebrating victory and bitching about battle wounds.

Sportster Showdown™ Bike Show & Party-Tuesday, Aug. 6
oin a Led Sled and Biltwell for communal event that celebrates the history, culture and diversity of one of the coolest bikes in existence, the Harley-Davidson Sportster along with Metzeler, S&S Cycle, J&P Cycles, Cycle Source, Lowbrow Customs and Chop Cult. The show is held at CAMP ZERO near the Sturgis Buffalo Chip. It’s free to enter and attend and features a mind-blowing collection of customized Sportster models and a large dose of memorable mayhem.

Sexiest Bagger Bike Show-Tuesday, Aug. 6
Feast your eyes on one of the most alluring bike shows to ever set up shop during the Sturgis Rally when Strip Club Choppers rolls the World’s Sexiest Bagger Show into the CrossRoads at the Buffalo Chip. Cash prizes and high-end components are up for grabs. Ride in to win!

Rusty Wallace Ride Show-Wednesday, Aug. 8
Meet and ride alongside Rusty Wallace, his celebrity NASCAR driver friends and top racing industry executives during the Buffalo Chip’s Rusty Wallace Charity Ride! This show welcomes all brands and has a class for every make and style, giving guests a huge variety to view and participants greater chances of winning. The Bagger Blastoff welcomes any brand bagger with a loud-and-proud sound system.

Gambler Mini Bike 100 - Wednesday, Aug. 7
Come one, come all! Wednesday is the day to test your mind, body, and spirit at CAMP ZERO. Grab your trusty stead, aka coleman mini bike, and join us for the longest 100-mile race you'll ever endure. By the time the day is through, a new victor will be crowned and you will swear you were run over by a truck. Open to everyone, just bring your sweet ride (make sure it’s a pull start) and join in on some of the best fun you can have for free!!! Don't forget to stick around camp afterwards, there will be shennanigans!!!

Street Drag Invitational with Crazy John - Wednesday, Aug. 7
The sights, sounds and smells of badass motorcycles thundering by in old school street drags will raise the hair on the back of your neck and have you wanting more when they peel off the line in the middle of The Chip®’s legendary amphitheater.

RSD Super Hooligan Races - Wednesday, Aug. 7
Feel the ground rumble, see the dirt fly and experience a serious adrenaline spike as hand-built street bikes go handlebar to handlebar during the Buffalo Chip Moto Stampede. A crazy crew of unrulies will slide sideways and tear past spectators during a full day of Hooligan events, and when they do, you’ll want to be sure you’re caught in the dust.

Gambler 500 Hooptie Huck - Thursday, Aug. 8
The Gambler 500 boys have proven themselves to be a bit on the crazy side. Come watch, or befriend and join, them as they launch their glorious heaps off a nicely made pile of dirt to see who can reach Leguuuuuund status! An event not for the faint of heart, but for those willing to sail into the record books.

Rats Hole Bike Show - Thursday, Aug. 8
This one-day event is the grandrat of all bike shows. The Rat’s Hole brings together an impressive crew of international judges and builders—one group vying for the titles, the other looking to find a bike with personality, function and a progressive sense of motorcycle culture. The show features 16 classes and awards nearly 60 hand-sculpted trophies to its winners.

Western Frontier Ride - Sunday, Aug. 4 and Thursday, Aug. 8
Follow in the footsteps of fierce Native American warriors and the US Cavalry and experience the history and lore of the American West! Ride alongside local historian Paul Mitchell as he takes you and your friends on a ride back in time from the legendary Buffalo Chip Campground to the gravesite of Jonathon “Buffalo Chips” White, the campground’s namesake and protégé of Buffalo Bill Cody.
