Does the $85 contribution include Buffalo Chip campground admission?

Your $85 contribution allows you to participate in the ride and entrance into the Biker Belles festivities at the Buffalo Chip CrossRoads. If you would like to attend any of the concerts or entertainment within the Buffalo Chip Campground on this day or any other, you can reserve your daily campground pass here.

Can I sponsor another rider?

Yes. You can donate a Biker Belles ticket to honor and support another rider who otherwise would not be able to attend here. Purchase one of these tickets through the Pay it Forward Program presented by Baker Drivetrain and Cris & Pat Simmons, and we will make sure that someone is honored by your additional donation. Thank you for helping the community grow and paying it forward.

Is there a cost to participate in or attend the Biker Belles Bike Show?

It’s free. There’s no cost to participate or attend. Interested participants may register online or ride in and register the day of the show.

Can I make a contribution in addition to the registration, or even if I do not participate in the Biker Belles celebration?

Absolutely! These are charities that need and appreciate your support.
There are boxes on the registration page that enable online contributions.
Your generosity is appreciated no matter how or when you make a contribution.

Can I attend a portion of the event?

We’d love for you to join us for the full event, but if you’re only able to join us for the ride or the Coffee Clutch you are welcome to do so.

Can men participate in the Biker Belles event?

Yes, this event is open to women and men.

Will there be food?

Yes, participants will enjoy refreshments at the start of the event at The Lodge, as well as a complimentary catered brunch at the reception.

Where is the event located?

The ride will start at The Lodge at Deadwood. It will travel a scenic route to the Buffalo Chip CrossRoads where you’ll enjoy the Comfort Zone, a silent auction and catered brunch during the featured panel Coffee Clutch of leading women in the industry.

How much money do the charities receive from this event?

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, 100 percent of the riders’ fees are donated to Laura Klock’s Helping with Horsepower, the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum and Hall of Fame, and the Jessi Combs Foundation. See additional details about the charities here.

I registered online. Do I need to bring anything with me on ride day?

lease bring a print out of your online registration confirmation, along with your photo ID.
