Beautiful barmaids, gorgeous go-go dancers and come-hither calendar girls make the scenery at the Buffalo Chip pretty easy on the eyes. Whlle you’ll find luscious ladies like these around practically every corner, the one you’ll see most in 2016 is Nena Ann. On May 11, this biker babe took part in a day-long photo shoot as part of the Buffalo Chip Poster Model Search presented by Budweiser, KSKY and Henry Roy Photography, and the shots turned out so well we couldn’t resist leaking a few. For the past three months, beautiful smiles, sexy curves and naked ambition have been on display at bars around the Black Hills. That’s because the area’s hottest biker babes all want to become the face of the Best Party Anywhere™ in the 2016 Buffalo Chip Poster Model Search, presented by KSKY, Budweiser and Henry Roy Photography. If you were one of the lucky ones who got to see these gorgeous girls compete in leathers and bikinis for the semifinals on April 30, you ain’t seen nothin’ yet. Those who made it to finals are about to pull back the curtain and reveal a whole lot more!

New Sturgis Buffalo Chip exhibit curated by Michael Lichter to be entitled Skin and Bones

Buffalo Chip, SD (May 24, 2016) – Custom motorcycle craftsmen and tattoo artists study, research and work countless hours over many years, honing the skills required to become experts at their craft. The Sturgis Buffalo Chip offers an exclusive look at some of the worlds’ most notorious builders’ remarkable motorcycle creations as well as a handful of the motorcycling world’s most beloved artists and photographers in its “Motorcycles as Art” display. The 2016 exhibit, curated by eminent photographer Michael Lichter, is titled with the intriguing theme: “Skin and Bones – Tattoo Inspired Motorcycles and Art.” The exhibit is free to the public and will be open from Saturday, Aug. 6 through Friday, Aug. 12 in the Buffalo Chip’s Russ Brown Events Center.

Tradition of Honoring America’s Military Continues at Annual Sturgis Buffalo Chip® Freedom Celebration

We are compelled to offer our heartfelt respect to those who would lay down their lives for our freedom.

Buffalo Chip, SD (May 30, 2016) – A full day of events has been planned to celebrate American freedom and recognize the courage and unbeatable determination of those who have stood ready to give their lives in defense of ours. In recognition of our nation’s valiant veterans, the Sturgis Buffalo Chip has set aside Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016 as its annual Freedom Celebration Day. Several courageous veterans and family members of the fallen have committed to making presentations and imparting personal accounts of patriotism to those who attend. These special guests include those who have offered their lives and sacrificed their limbs and state of well-being in the defense of liberty. The celebration will culminate with a performance by the award-winning country music star Miranda Lambert.

Sturgis Buffalo Chip® to Host Christian Bikers First Annual "Light Up the Hills™" Motorcycle Rally

Buffalo Chip, SD (May 23, 2016) – As many as 5,000 Christian bikers from across the world will be coming together to communicate, worship and coordinate their missions and work during the first annual Light Up the HillsTM motorcycle rally. The event, organized by the non-denominational Fellowship of Motorcycle MinistriesTM, will be hosted at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip® July 6-9, 2017. This gathering of Christian motorcycle clubs, ministries, associations and groups will offer attendees the opportunity to assemble in fellowship and enhance their individual missions.
