Sturgis, SD (December 14, 2022): Nearly $400,000 made it into the hands of veterans in need, as well as charities benefiting children and the community thanks to the generosity of the motorcyclists taking part in Buffalo Chip charity events in 2022. This figure pushes the grand total the Sturgis Buffalo Chip has raised for charity during the Sturgis Rally over $2.1 million.

“We are continually blown away by our guests’ desire to give back!” said Sturgis Buffalo Chip President Rod Woodruff. “People from all over come here to let loose and have a fun vacation, and yet they still take the time and spend their hard-earned dollars to give through Buffalo Chip charity events. With the help of all our friends, we’ve raised over $2 million to help children, injured American war veterans and our local community. Just two years ago we broke the million-dollar mark, and now we’re over two million. We are so blessed to be part of the giving spirit of the motorcycle community.”

going big on Black Friday by bringing in legendary rock icons Styx and REO
Speedwagon for an incredible show on Aug. 8 during the 83 rd Sturgis Rally. This is the
first Sturgis Rally Buffalo Chip concert announcement for the nine-day festival held Aug.
4 – 13, 2023. In celebration of this announcement, the Chip is giving anyone who
makes a reservation between Black Friday (11/25) and Cyber Monday (11/28) the
option to receive a personalized video shoutout from a Buffalo Chip personality of their
choice.

Sturgis, SD (July 27, 2022): The Sturgis Buffalo Chip is thrilled to announce that the The Art of Rap, featuring legendary artists Ice-T, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, DJ Kevie Kev and DJ Boogie Black, have been added to perform on the legendary Wolfman Jack Stage.

Topping the charts with numerous number one hits, Jon Pardi takes the stage for the Thursday night of Sturgis Rally week. Joining Pardi on Aug. 11, and also opening up the stage for Travis Tritt and Aaron Lewis and the Stateliners on Aug. 10, is comedic duo Williams and Ree. Sturgis, SD (May 13, 2022): The Sturgis Buffalo Chip has joined forces with the world’s preeminent custom motorcycle builders to host a series of prestigious motorcycle shows and the Motorcycles As Art Exhibit for 2022 – Emergin’ Virgin’ for the 82^st Sturgis Rally. The Sturgis Buffalo Chip Custom Series is comprised of ten world-class bike shows that will take place Aug. 6 – 12. In addition to winning prizes like $2,500 or an S&S Cycle V111 engine, builders showcasing their creations will have the opportunity to compete for the Custom Series King award, which is awarded live on the main stage Friday, Aug. 12 prior to headlining entertainment from Pop Evil.
