Would you like to be in a secured VIP reception area beside the stage, have access to special viewing areas for the concerts, and maximize your chances to meet the artists? Then our Fan’s VIP Upgrade is what you need. (Remember, you’ll need either a daily admission pass or one of our long-term campground admission passes to go along with your Fan VIP Upgrade.)
We understand the desire for fans to have the opportunity to meet their favorite artists, and the need for the artist’s and their production companies to avoid over-crowding and chaos during meet and greets.
Keep in mind that each artist determines whether or not they will do a meet and greet and the number of guests they will accommodate. The artist will also decide whether or not cameras or autographs will be permitted. If neither is permitted our staff photographer will take your picture and give you the information on where to download your picture.
Admissions to the private Fan’s VIP Area will commence one half hour before the opening act is scheduled to take the stage. This may change if the artist decides to do a meet and greet at an earlier time. We will post the nightly meet and greet schedule at the entrance to the Fan VIP Area after confirmation from the artist. We will facilitate, but have no control on whether or not it will happen.
Each Fan VIP guest will be issued a numbered ticket upon entry to the area. The artist sometimes declines to do a meet and greet and more frequently declines to meet with everyone in the FANS VIP area and instead provides a number of people that can be admitted for the meet and greet. We will then make the announcement and, if the artist will do a meet and greet but has limited the number that can be admitted, draw the permitted number of tickets for the meet and greet. The drawings will be held in the main Fan VIP entrance area. The holders of the selected tickets will be given the choice of whether or not they want to attend that particular meet and greet. NOTE that making a purchase of FANS VIP admission does not guarantee a meeting with the artist.
The Fan’s VIP Area will provide complimentary light snacks beginning at 8:00pm and ending at 9:30pm. Complimentary beverages (5 per person)
will be available at the bar in the area. (Unlimited water and soda available at all times.) All food and beverages must remain inside the VIP area.
VIP fans will be privileged to hang out in the Fan’s VIP Area until the conclusion of the evening’s shows.
You may buy either a seat in the Fan VIP Skybox, or a spot to stand in the Pit in front of the stage. (Those who buy “Seats” may not go into the Pit, and those who buy “Pit” may not go into the seating area.)
