Sturgis camping at the Buffalo Chip for a week will cost far less than the cost of a Sturgis motel room for one night. The Buffalo Chip offers discounted prices for a rally pass which includes your tent camping, showers, entertainment and activities throughout the day, along with the concerts in the evening. Prices are subject to increase without notice, so we encourage you to make your reservations now.

There is never a doubt about who has the greatest Sturgis Rally Concerts. It is normal for the headliners not to confirm until the last minute. However, The Buffalo Chip will continue to provide our Sturgis campers with the best entertainment available every year, just as we have in the past. The word seems to be out in the music industry and the “stars” want to play for the Chip’s Sturgis campers. Chip Crew Workin’ Hard for You!

As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, we will also celebrate 14 years of providing major improvements to the Buffalo Chip Campground. Sturgis camping during the Sturgis rally has never been as good as it will be in 2011. Many, many improvements have been made at the Buffalo Chip campground with a focus on pleasing the Sturgis biker babes - your biker babe! Happier Sturgis biker babes makes for a better Sturgis rally picture and a most memorable Sturgis rally at the Legendary Buffalo Chip.

2009 Improvements –	Flush toilets in the amphitheater; enlargement of the camping areas; Improved procedures for RV parking New signs for better traffic flow Added water heaters with 1 million BTU’s to each shower building Developed Bear Beach at Emerald Pond Installed and buried many more miles of underground plumbing and electrical.
2002 Improvements –	Ten feet above ground, we added 500 linear feet of a skywalk that you can ride your bike on. We completed it with a bar and competition aerial burnout pits.
2001 Improvements –	A steel deck to the bridge was added, a spotlight, bleacher seats and music provided by Capt. Jack, the Burn-Out Bridge became a great place to party.
2000 Improvements -	A bridge over Cottle Creek was added, which soon became known as Burn-Out Bridge.
