TRAVEL CHANNEL STURGIS TV EPISODES - DEC 2, DEC 9 & DEC 16 AT 9:00 PM EST

What happens at the Chip stays at the Chip, unless it’s on one of the Travel Channel’s three episodes of “Sturgis,” featuring the Legendary Buffalo Chip. The three premiere Sturgis TV specials, “Overdrive,” “Metal Mania,” and “Biker Madness” are currently scheduled to be aired on Sunday Dec. 2, Dec 9 and Dec 16 at 9 P.M. Eastern Time.

The Legendary Buffalo Chip will be featured in each episode of the Sturgis TV series, showcasing activities that took place during the 2012 Sturgis Bike Week. It will cover interesting activities at the CrossRoads at the Buffalo Chip such as the Rat’s Hole Bike Show, the concerts, entertainment and various activities that took place in the Buffalo Chip’s campground and amphitheater each night, and of course the hot biker babes of the Buffalo Chip.

You won’t want to miss any of these episodes. You may even see yourself in some of the activities featured on the show! So tune in to the Travel Channel on Sunday for an exclusive look into what took place at the Best Party Anywhere this year!

It’s not unusual to see a few video crews with cameras, boom mics, and jibs around the Buffalo Chip, following and filming a group of models, the owner, a family member, employee, a band, an entertainer or a group of Chip campers. The Buffalo Chip is no stranger to music and motorcycle rally TV. For over 30 years the Buffalo Chip has consistently produced world-class entertainment and once in a lifetime experiences during a grassroots event that has grown into a phenomenal show of force. The Buffalo Chip excitement is not only impossible to ignore, but it has also commanded the attention of producers and national networks worldwide.

• American Guns - 2012 – Discovery Channel
  Owners of the Gun Smoke Gun shop make a stop at the Buffalo Chip Campground to take in some shots at the Buffalo Chip’s shooting range and a night of Concerts.
• Sturgis: The Great Ride – 2000 to Present – Travel Channel
  Documentary about the largest annual motorcycle rally in the world. Since 1938 Bikers from around the world journey to the Black Hills of South Dakota for a few days of camaraderie and times of their lives. The Biker TV show follows Peter Fonda as he makes his trip to Sturgis with his friends, including J.P. DeJoria, owner of Paul Mitchell hair products, and the Ugly Motorcycle Club. During the TV show at the motorcycle rally, Fonda is inducted into the Motorcycle Hall of Fame. The Sturgis TV show also goes behind the scenes at the Buffalo Chip Campground where motorcycle daredevil Robbie Knievel prepares for a death-defying motorcycle jump over the main amphitheater stage and into the audience. Biker TV at it’s finest.
