The 2023 Sturgis Buffalo Chip Motorcycles as Art exhibit continues the tradition of showcasing stunning works of two-wheeled art, featuring brand-new builds from some of the world’s renowned builders curated by Kevin Dunworth. This year’s theme is “Transition” and tells the story of multiple unique builders and how their art has changed through the years.

The exhibit will also feature nearly 30 iconic images from past exhibit curator and photographer Michael Lichter, as well as wall and sculptural art curated by Savannah Rose of Maiden Moto. The dozens of artists showcasing motorcycle inspired artwork are reason alone to visit the display. Many original and print pieces will be available for sale, and several of the artists will be onsite during the rally to meet the public and take new commissions!
Other types of media on display from emerging artists include illustration, leather arts, metal fabrication, jewelry and photography.
