RUM RECIPES
CHICA-CHERRY JERRY
Ingredients:
2 Parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
½ Part Vanilla Syrup
Cherry Cola
Directions: Combine Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum and vanilla syrup in a highball glass. Fill with ice. Top with cherry cola and garnish with a fresh cherry.
BACKYARD LEMONADE
Ingredients:
2 Parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
4 Parts Fresh Lemonade
Directions: Build Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum and fresh lemonade in a rocks-filled highball glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
HIGHBALL OF DUTY
Ingredients:
1 ½ Parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
½ Part Pineapple Juice
Top with Ginger Ale
Directions: Build cocktail in Collins glass over ice, stirring until mixing well. Garnish with pineapple wedge and leaf.
TEQUILA RECIPES
THE FRESHEST MARGARITA
Ingredients:
2 Parts Milagro Silver
¾ Parts Agave Nectar
1 Part Fresh Lime Juice
1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)
Directions: Pour all ingredients into a Boston shaker, add ice, shake and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
SPICY MARGARITA
Ingredients:
1 ½ Parts Milagro Silver
¾ Part Fresh Lime Juice
½ Part Serrano Simple Syrup
1 Serrano Chili (Garnish)
Directions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a Serrano Chili and salted rim.
MAYAN MULE
Ingredients:
2 Parts Milagro Reposado
½ Part Fresh Lime Juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
3 Parts Ginger Beer
Lime Wheel (Garnish)
Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Directions: Pour all ingredients into a highball glass with ice. Stir and garnish with mint sprig and a lime wheel.
IRISH WHISKY RECIPES
TULLY MULE
Ingredients:
50ml Tullamore D.E.W. Original
150ml Ginger Ale
1 Lemon Wedge
Directions: Pour Tullamore D.E.W. over ice into a glass. Top with 2 parts Ginger Ale. Garnish with lemon wedge.
TULLY AND BREW
Ingredients:
30ml Tullamore D.E.W.
Beer of Your Choice (IPA, Red Ale, Stout are all great pairings)
Directions: Pour Tullamore D.E.W. into a shot glass and pair with your beer of choice for a complementary sipping experience.
VODKA RECIPES
ORANGE CRUSH
Ingredients:
1 ½ Parts Reyka Vodka
3 Parts Fresh Orange Juice
Top Sprite or Soda
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a glass and stir.
ICELANDIC MULE
Ingredients:
2 Parts Reyka Vodka
¾ Part Ginger Syrup
Top Soda Water
Garnish Lime Wedge
Directions: Shake and strain into iced Collins glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with lime wedge.
